The entire globe consists of different shells, stones, and colors across the entire piece.

Brass base/holder. Few imperfections on brass.

The "ocean" is made of a iridescent shell-like material. 

In the center of the bottom brass holder, there is a black compass.

Turquoise and marble stones are seen throughout the globe.

Around the globe, there is a brass ring with the coordinate numbers engraved.
