The Attic has this shed available as a lot model shed. Can be purchased in-store as is, or there are customizable options!
Buyer is responsible for ensuring their yard is properly prepped for delivery. If the yard is not prepped or does not have a wide enough opening, building an on-site shed will be the other option. If this is the case, buyer will be charged a 30% fee.
Buyer is also responsible for making sure they have the correct permits!
