Buyer is responsible for ensuring their yard is properly prepped for delivery. If the yard is not prepped or the opening is not wide enough, building an on-site shed will be the other option. If this is the case, buyer will be charged a 30% fee.
Buyer is also responsible for making sure they have the correct permits!
