The Attic has this shed available as a lot model shed. Can be purchased in store as is, or there are customizable options!
Buyer is responsible for ensuring their yard is properly prepped for delivery. If the yard is not prepped or the opening is not wide enough, building an on-site shed will be the other option. If this is the case, buyer will be charged a 30% fee.
Buyer is also responsible for making sure they have the correct permits!
